The contest needs you to write a simple entry about the title given. So, this is my writing. It is all me, without copying from any other sources, besides my head.

Title : "Rich Blogger: Fact or Fiction?"

The title could be interpreted to many explanations, which depend on the many readers with different ways of thinking, but in this case specifically, it is only logical to assume that the title is questioning on a sole issue, which is whether it is true or not that bloggers could generate handsome income, just by blogging.

Everybody who blogs, would and should know about the profitable side of blogging, and that is advertisement. It is the only known way in generating revenue by blogging, given that the blog owner does not own any business, which simplifies the blog owner does not advertise his/her product in their blogs. So the only way to generate income is, through advertisement.

Now, we know that some blogs out there have major pageviews daily, and we know that advertisement companies such as Nuffnang are really interested in advertising their clients’ products through these largely clicked blogs, thus the companies do not seem reluctant in showering them with enormous checks, but this so-called rule does not apply to everyone anymore since there are a lot of blogs out there nowadays that acquired a lot of attention, and this raises a question,  “Is that famous blog really bringing in the greens?”.

While it is safe to conclude that there are bloggers out there who get paid handsomely through advertisement, but that fact alone does not prove that those bloggers get rich instantly or even eventually by blogging, because those ‘4-5 figure’ checks do not visit mailboxes on a regular basis.

But despite all of that, huge checks HAVE been delivered, and that is a fact. To get it regularly or scarcely is not even an issue, when getting just one of those paper could make you RICH, and just because of that, ‘Rich Blogger’ is a FACT!
