Plain Frustrating - Unable To Connect

Akhirnya aku dapat gak update blog aku ni. Bukan sebab aku malas atau takde idea nak update. Mmg banyak idea aku tadi, tapi aku takleh update blog terchenta aku nih sebab..... Maxis broadband aku buat hal!!

Mase aku masuk opis pagi tadi, aku on laptop dan broadband Maxis aku mcm biasa. Then aku pun mula la surf internet dan buat apa2 je la guna broadband aku yang dah over limit tu sambil buat keje, sampai la tiba masa untuk aku gi keluar makan ngan Azri, iaitu kul 10 pagi. Then macam biasa, aku keluarkan simkad broadband tu dari modem, dan masukkan dalam phone Nokia E72 aku yang kaler putih tu. Tapi lepas aku on je, aku dapati yang aku takleh nak masuk internet kat phone tu... WTH?!

So sepanjang masa makan tu, aku tak dapat nak masuk internet spt biasa yang aku buat kalau kuar makan. Tak dapat nak checkin (FourSquare), tak dapat nak update FB dll. Lepas je makan, dan masuk opis balik, aku masukkan balik simkad tu ke dalam modem, dan try masuk internet guna laptop lak. Keputusannya : masih tak boleh!! Yang pelik, aku tak dapat nak masuk semua website kecuali Facebook.

Dari pagi tu sampai la ke petang tadi aku cuba untuk masuk, tapi tetap tak boleh. Akhirnya aku pun bagi la satu complaint letter ke Maxis (lagi). Surat tu berbunyi begini :

I'm having a problem with my broadband. Starting at about 10 am today, I can't access the internet (except Facebook). I got these messages when I try going to other sites :

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005'

[DBNETLIB][ConnectionRead (recv()).]General network error. Check your network documentation.

And sometimes I get this :

The page cannot be displayed
The request cannot be processed at this time. The amount of traffic exceeds the Web site's configured capacity. Please try the following:

HTTP Error 500.13 - Server error: Web server is too busy.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Please assist immediately, as I don't want to spend my weekend internet-less.
 

At first, I thought it was my broadband settings that were wrong, but when I placed the broadband simcard into my phones (as I always do), I still can't access the internet. I've tried it in all of my mobile phones. I own a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, a Nokia E72 and a Nokia X3-02. I've tried using 3 browsers (Opera Mobile, Nokia Web Browser and UC Browser), but it's a still no-go.

In fact, I also tried more than 10 times to get this message through. I think it is my broadband simcard that is having a problem here. I hope you guys can help me.

Tu la e-mail aku. Aku gak ada snap pic2 yang berkaitan.

 Semua website yang lain yang aku cuba masuk, akan otomatik gi ke website Mylaunchpad Maxis, tapi takleh masuk pun..

 Kadang2 keluar error ni lak.

 Ni selepas aku hantar email tu. Nak hantar email tu pun berapa kali aku try, baru lepas.

 Signal pun lemah. Biasa full.

 Lampu biru, maknanya ada la 3G (sepatutnya)

 Ni error kat phone lak.

 Error kat phone lagi.

Signal yang separuh je.

Akhirnya, dalam pukul 5.30 petang tadi, problem2 tu pun hilang. Tiba2 dah boleh masuk dah. Aku tak sure yang problem tu hanya temporary, ataupun diorang repair selepas dapat email aku, tapi yang penting aku dah leh masuk internet semula dan leh update blog. Dan yang lagi penting, aku dapat surf internet weekend ni. Takde la bosan kat rumah sorang2.
