Pada Ahad lepas (12 Jun), aku telah menghantar satu lagi surat komplen kepada Maxis Malaysia berhubung line diorang yang selalu 'no service' kat area Muadzam nih. Sebelum ni aku ada hantar gak surat komplen, tapi oleh sebab tindakbalas yang aku terima mengecewakan, aku hantar lagi.
Aku komplen bukan sebab apa, tapi sebab aku tensen sangat bila malam menjelma (especially on weekends), line Maxis akan jadi teruk. Kadang2 hilang 3G, dan selalunya hilang terus. Langsung takde line. Tak kira la line phone atau broadband. Aku ada line phone ngan broadband Maxis, so tiap kali line broadband tu hilang, aku akan check line phone aku. Memang same gak. Ke laut.
Masa report pertama tu, aku rasa aku dah nyatakan yang broadband ngan phone line aku problem sebab line asyik hilang. 2 hari lepas aku buat report tu, aku ada terima call dari Maxis, dan apa yang buat aku agak marah, pompuan tu leh lak salahkan aku punya broadband setting. Oleh sebab aku tau yang broadband setting aku takde masalah, so aku malas nak layan pompuan tu dan aku ckp yang aku busy mase tu, padahal aku tak la busy sangat pun.
Then last weekend, line kembali teruk. sampai setengah jam takde line, so aku bagi lagi satu report kat maxis. Report tu berbunyi macam ni :

I've reported a week ago about the Maxis reception here is being so bad for mobile phone line and broadband, and I got a call from one of your service center, saying that my bad reception was caused by my broadband settings in my Maxis modem. I felt treated like a stupid person, and I just said that I was busy at work and can't do the so-called settings..
I thought I mentioned it clearly in my previous mail that the poor/bad reception was not experienced only by me, but all of Maxis users (phone line and broadband) here in Muadzam Shah. It's just that they're too kind to report about the poor reception and just accept what is provided to them.
I also wasted hours of my time and 600++mb of data when I was downloading a file, and the line just went down, and I needed to start the downloading all over again. And believe me, it was not just me. I called my other friends who uses Maxis at that time using our Celcom numbers, and they said the line on their phones and broadbands was off too.. So I'm guessing it's not really my broadband settings problem that we are dealing with here.
Please don't make me look stupid and call me to again correct my broadband settings on my modem, because it's working fine. You just need to look at your transmitter or whatever the technical things are to repair this problem.
I'm not trying to be a bad customer, but I just want to have the service that was promised to me when I signed up with you guys.

Semalam, aku terima lagi satu call dari Maxis. Kali ni lelaki lak yang call. Lelaki tu mengaku yang line Maxis kat Muadzam ni mmg ada masalah, dan diorang janji akan betulkan dalam masa 2 hari. So kalau lepas ni ada masalah lagi, aku leh call diorang untuk report pasal tu. Akhirnya, diorang tak anggap aku mcm orang bodoh, dan mengaku diorang yang silap.
Setakat ni line dah takde masalah, so aku puas hati la ngan feed back dari Maxis pasal permasalahan ni.

huh ! pengalaman Tia dengan maxis pun ada .. masa Tia study dulu ingat nak cuba beli broadband maxis . masa promosi dulu , mak aih kemain excited deme . kata line laju lah apae lah ..

guess what! line maxis sangat10x teruk oke!! huh .. so , Tia nak pulangkan balik . masalahnya , dalam minggu tu Tia tak boleh keluar sebab ada kelas .
peluang terakhir adalah pada hari jumaat tu . so , nak tak nak Tia terpaksa pergi jugak . masa tu dah jam 2 . Tia tak pedulik , Tia nak pulangkan jugak dan ganti celcom . celcom lagi oke !
masa nak pulangkan tu , mak oi kemain banyak alasan tak nak terima modem tu balik . sistem down konon . dorang kata , tak sempat dah sebab kalau buat esok dah lebih seminggu .
dengan rasa marah Tia kata "tak apalah , awak simpan modem ni dan simpan duit saya tu . line teruk gila , macamana saya nak guna . baik saya pulangkan je ."
pengurus dia nampak Tia macam marah2 terus datang tempat Tia dan tanya apa masalh . Tia bagitaulah masalahnya . terus dia kata takpalah , kami akan usahakan ye cik . isi borang tu borang ni sebulan akan datang kami akan pulangkan duit .
PENIPU !! sampai sekarang habuk pun tak ada . menyampahhh ..
